“I’m proud to say I’m one of Joey’s first clients. At age 45 I just couldn’t muster the energy or motivation to work out regularly. I would do well for a week or two but would always get busy and stop going. My son was working with Joey to get stronger for college baseball so I thought if I’m paying for him to go then maybe I should do the same. A year later I’ve only lost a couple of pounds but as you can see from the before and after pictures that my fat has turned to muscle. The best part is Joey did all this on just 3 days a week.
